The following online BeniCard Application system is a SASid exclusive.  The BeniCard quote and application process should only take 5 minutes for the entire process.  With this system you can direct your personal customers to this and they may receive a quote and apply for BeniCard online.  Take your uniquely coded site and put it on your website, in your email, and other partner sites to generate interest and sales.

Introduction Page:
Your name will show up here.  Your customers will be able to get a brief overview of what the product offers.
Product information links:  Access FAQ's, Provider Searches, and other information to better understand the product.

Select Plan:
Plan Summaries:  3 plans to choose from with a pie chart quickly explaining what each plan includes.
Plan Details:  Each plan summary includes links to further explain each discount plan in more detail.
Plan Rates:  Client can select the rate he/she wishes to apply for.

 

Apply:
Application:  client enters basic information to apply.

NEW SASid Agents.  If you are new to SAS-IT products you need to do the following:
  1. Complete SAS-IT online signup (this gives you online product, statistics, and more): Click Here
  2. Complete BeniCard Contracting:  SAS-IT product licensing page

Agents who already have a SAS-IT product and are adding this one, need only to complete contracting materials (you do not have to complete the SAS-IT online signup because you are already in our system).  Click here to go to SAS-IT licensing page.  You need to download the contracting, complete, and fax back to us at 608-755-7955.  Once you are contracted we can email your link to market and sell online.
